title // cut and paste sf 2010
info // I was selected to compete in the 2010 San Francisco Cut and Paste Competition at the Yerba Buena Art Center. I was given eight hours to make a Motion Graphics Animation based around the theme "My Family" and boy was the competition harder than I thought it would be! I moved to New York on a Friday and flew back to San Francisco on the following Wednesday to compete on that Friday. It was hectic to say the least! Regardless I had a great experience and ended up taking second place! Everyones work was great and it's pretty cool to see what you can produce in eight hours. You never really know until you're put on the spot with a brief and the clock really starts ticking.
